Here you will find the Large car sales leaders in the United States for January 2019. Each month we compile the Large car model sales data and reports for North American markets and analyze it to create the best selling list below.
Large car sales were down approximately 3,300 units in America for January of 2019 when compared with this time last year.
Of all the models for sale in the U.S., only two of them saw increases. The Dodge Charger saw a slight uptick in sales, and the Kia K900 saw a significant double-digit rise in sales for the month.
The Kia Cadenza suffered the largest sales drop. Its sales plummeted by over 80 percent for the month. The model with the next largest sales drop was the Toyota Avalon. It was followed by the Nissan Maxima.
With more buyers turning to SUVs, it will be interesting to see if Large cars can endure in the market.

Important note: Both Ford and GM have switched to quarterly reporting, making it more difficult to accurately gauge crossover sales. We won’t have results to report for Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC, Ford or Lincoln until April 2019.
