Our Take On The Top 20 Best Selling Luxury Vehicle Sales Numbers

The Acura RDX takes its place as Canada’s favourite luxury vehicle for December 2017, with a 19% lift in sales year-on-year putting it ahead of rivals from Audi and Mercedes-Benz.

The Audi Q5 climbed to second place in December, with last month’s leader, the Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class, taking the final podium position, while maintaining its impressive growth streak.

A prototype of the RDX, which Acura say is the company’s most extensive redesign in over a decade, was unveiled at the North American Auto Show and is slated to go on sale for the 2019 model year.

The highest sedan in December’s luxury countdown is the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, in fifth for the month and the only sedan to appear in the top ten, with the likes of the Audi A4, BMW 3- and 5-Series and Acura TLX all appearing further down the chart.
