AUTO SALES AMERICA JANUARY 2009

So bad was the first month of 2009 in the United States of America’s automotive marketplace, drastically declining sales says you outperformed the competition.
That’s because, don’t you see, dramatically declining sales are even worse. Indeed, a drop from 34,372 sales in January of ’08 to 10,685 last month is devastatingly declinatory.
To be true, Hyundai had a very good month (in Canada, too). Thank incentives such as, “Got fired? Bring your car back within twelve months and we’ll take it without affecting your credit”. Subaru saw a sales increase, too. Without the fact that these sales percentage Numbers are based on daily sales rates, Kia would be on the plus side, as well. Toyota leads the pack, as you’ll see below in GoodCarBadCar’s list of automotive sellers. Saab…. oh, Saab.
